Strategy Development and Performance Metrics
You will have to apply strategic thinking to analyze and resolve complex business challenges. The program aims to enhance your skills in dissecting business data, understanding market dynamics, and crafting effective strategies to improve sales efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Customer Engagement and CRM Utilization
You will learn to use tools like CRM systems and work on tasks such as designing compensation plans and performance metrics, and will also learn the operational aspects of sales management including lead prioritization, pipeline management, and the effective execution of go-to-market strategies.
Collaboration & Problem Solving Abilities
You'll be working in groups to tackle parts of the case study, mirroring real-world business environments where cross-functional collaboration is key to success. Students will learn to negotiate, influence, and communicate effectively with peers and hypothetical business stakeholders.
Discover Your Weekly Program Journey
A 4-week roadmap to define each stage of a virtual work-experience program.
Get introduced to the program, your mentors, and Brex. You will learn how Brex operates and begin preliminary research on the program project.
You will obtain all the required skills to complete the project. Through a series of skills lectures you will get a fully immersive learning experience and all the adequate skills.
You are now equipped with the adequate skillset to complete the program. Applying your knowledge onto the project in the context of Brex and working as a team is the focus.
In your final week you will submit your project for mentor feedback. In the final night you will pitch your project and findings to Brex representatives and upon completion, receive a referral letter.
